By accessing and using this website and the services provided by Mohit Holidays, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
All bookings are subject to availability. A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm your booking (e.g., 2000/- INR for specific tours). The remaining balance must be paid prior to or at the start of the journey, as stipulated in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the specific package. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the advance booking amount.
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards the drivers and fellow passengers. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will incur additional cleaning or repair fees.
Mohit Holidays shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary caused by natural disasters, harsh weather conditions, strikes, road closures, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
